Happy independence Day...

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled.
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world.

April 18th, 1775 – Concord, New Hampshire

Happy Independence day…

Here in the Bog, this is a really big Holiday. Oh yeh... and the National Guard / Reserves were born, too. God Bless America!

It is easier to figure out where we're going if we keep track of where we've been.

How great it is that you remember this day, 'Independence Day', with an excerpt from Emersons' "Concord Hymn," and an appropriate quote of your own!

"It is easier to figure out where we're going if we keep track of where we've been."
God Bless America!

Although we Canucks decided not to go that particular revolutionary route (pronounced "root" here abouts) I do wish you well on this day.

God Bless your great nation and thank you for your sacrifices in the cause of freedom. Have a happy Independence Day.
