Step #1 – Arm South Korea with tactical nukes and with an intermediate range delivery system.


Step #2 – Using standard ordinance; blow all of North Korea’s nuclear facilities into parking lots. Follow this with a (delivered from the air) carpet bombing of all of North Korea with a 2 foot deep layer of leaflets that explain (at length and in detail) the arming of South Korea with tactical Nukes.


The last line of the pamphlet should read (in Korean), “Have a nice day!”
